FIELD: heating and hot water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: hot-water boiler includes furnace, gas duct, heating surfaces, water supply and discharge pipe lines, heating chambers where water is heated due to thermal tubes whose one end is located in furnace and other end is located in heating chamber. Heating chamber is connected to boiler water discharge pipe line before gate valve; discharge pipe line of heating chamber has flow rate control member which passes in parallel with discharge pipe line of boiler. Pipe line may be connected to supply pipe line running from heating chamber; centrifugal vortex steam generator is mounted in break of this pipe line. Heating chamber may be made in form of two tubes located one above other at some distance. Availability of heating chamber with thermal tubes in boiler makes it possible to heat part of water flowing through boiler to required temperature. By regulating rate of flow of water in pipe line from heating chamber, temperature of water may be regulated at constant load of boiler and heating of water for deaeration and hot water supply may be ensured.
