GEAR MEASURING INNER DIMENSIONS OF HOLLOW PARTS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of inner dimensions of hollow parts of complex structure. SUBSTANCE: gear has case with dial put on it and mobile measurement member. Case carries support fitted with spring-loaded clamp mounted for movement along support and for contact with part and with spring-loaded upper and lower rests-fixing arms arranged on case for vertical movement over it. Measurement member is manufactured in the form of bell-crank. One arm of it presents measurement pointer, second arm is vernier. Bell-crank is coupled to dial with the use of common axle and can turn about this axle by means of spring linking vernier with dial. Dial with measurement pointer and axle on which they are put are mounted for vertical movement. Case is equipped with reading scale. EFFECT: described design of gear makes it feasible to increase measurement precision and to avoid additional operations for adjustment of gear. 3 cl, 2 dwg
