Abstract RU 2139518 C1

FIELD: preparation of oil and destruction of water and oil emulsions stabilized by natural emulsifying agents and various types of mechanical impurities. SUBSTANCE: given invention is aimed at development of procedure determining relative washing power of surface-active substances washing away adsorption film of natural stabilizers on boundary of phase separation in emulsions and from surface of particles of mechanical impurities. Proposed procedure includes keeping of base with impurity in washing solution of surface-active substance under constant agitation, separation of base from washing solution and determination of degree of fouling of washing solution by means of known technique followed by computation of relative washing power. Solid inorganic particles predominant in oil emulsion formed in process of oil production are taken as base for fouling, alcohol and benzene mixture of 2-15:1 ratio is used as solvent of surface-active substance and surface-active substance is used as fouling agent. Degree of fouling of washing solution is found by colorimetric or conductometric analysis. EFFECT: improved authenticity of procedure. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
