FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out laparotomy. Ileocecal anastomosis is taken out into the wound. Strip cut out from vascular prosthesis is brought 1-1.5 cm above the ileoceal anastomosis behind the ascending colon through terminal ileac colon segment. Terminal segment of the ileac colon is sutured to ascending colon segment. Vascular prosthesis strip is laid over the anterior serous tunic of sutured intestine areas 1-1.5 cm above the ileoceal anastomosis. Strip ends are sutured together. The vascular prosthesis area is peritonized with seromuscular sutures on the anterior surface of the ascending colon segment and ascending ileum segment. EFFECT: eliminated reflux conditions. 8 dwg
