FIELD: medicine; applicable in treatment of patients with demyelinizing diseases of nervous system, for instance, of disseminated sclerosis. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction into patient's lymph node of suspension of human living fetal cells corresponding to affected parts of patient's brain and spinal marrow in volume of 0.5-1.0 ml with number of cells in order of 15-35 mill. Said manipulation is repeated three-four times with interval of five-seven days between manipulations. EFFECT: reduced risk of complications and number of exacerbation of disease, and prolonged period of remission. 1 tbl
