SUBSTANCE: aerosol device is essentially bottle containing aerosol compound consisting of liquid phase containing at least one fixing material in corresponding solvent on one hand and propellent and facility for spraying the above- indicated aerosol compound on the other. Vitrification temperature (Tg) of fixing material exceeds or is equal to 30 C. Device provides for dry product flow rate of approximately 4 to 17 mg/s and for wetting capacity of more than or equal to 50 mg/s. Aerosol device is also used in treatment of keratin fibers. For this purpose compound containing fixing material with vitrification temperature ((Tg)) of more than or equal to 30 C is applied to fibers by means of device which provides for dry product flow rate of 4 to 17 mg/s and for wetting capacity of more than or equal to 50 mg/s.
