FIELD: medicine; stopping of glass bottles with medicines. SUBSTANCE: proposed plug has cap in form of round flanges and leg to be fitted into vessel neck. Central space is made along longitudinal axis of leg. Thickness of side wall of leg is reduced by making ring space enclosing central space between outer side surface of leg and central space. This increases flexibility of leg, reduced force to be applied for stopping the vessel and increases reliability of sealing at pressure rise inside vessel. Reduction of end face surface of ring space exposed to pushing out effort also contributes to increase in reliability of sealing. Thickness of wall between outer side surface of leg and ring space is 1.5-2.5 times less than thickness of wall between central and ring spaces which also decreases stopping force and enhances efficiency of action of pressure pressing outer side surface of leg to vessel neck. EFFECT: enhanced quality of stopping and sealing. 3 dwg
