FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: closure system for a corked bottle, preferably, glass one, is mushroom-shaped, and its leg is located inside the bottle neck. The bottle has a locking ring and a bead on the neck. The system comprises a coupling that embraces the bottle neck and is fixed by pressing on the cork, and having a stop ring, a tear-off tape and a sealing tip coaxially arranged inside the stop ring and the tear-off tape. The sealing tip comprises a rigid flange placed onto the end of the bottle neck, and a tubular element, on the side wall of which there is a circular bulge, which is tightly fit into a circular bore arranged on the side surface of the cork leg, which is installed in the tubular element by means of pressing. The tear-off tape is installed on the bottle locking ring and is connected along its upper edge with the edge of the rigid flange of the sealing tip by means of links aligned perpendicularly to the flange plane, and the specified stop ring of the coupling is installed under the tear-off tape at the section between the locking ring and the bead of the bottle, has flanging on the lower edge, which is cut to make tabs suitable for interaction with the lower horizontal surface of the bottle locking ring, and is joined by links along the upper edge with the lower edge of the tear-off tape.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at development of a new design of the closure system for a corked bottle, which provides for its reliable fixation on the bottle neck, tight sealing of the bottle content, and eliminates chances to remove such a closure system without its visible damage.
