FIELD: materials handling facilities; reusable containers. SUBSTANCE: container has replaceable inner reservoir 2 made of polyethylene with lower bottom 3 in form of rectangular parallelepiped. Lower bottom is made as draining one. Reservoir 2 has also upper cover 4 with filler branch pipe 5 closed by threaded lid 6 with drain branch pipe 7 and cock 8. Container has also outer housing 9 made of cross metal vertical and horizontal bars 10, 11 of grid, support 12 in form of pan with bottom bath 13 made of sheet metal for accommodating plastic inner reservoir 2 with provision of geometrically closed form, and two metal braces 14 to protect inner reservoir. Envelope 18 of conducting material made in form of lattice cap 19 of thin metal wire is placed on plastic inner reservoir. Electric charges formed at filling container 1 with liquid and at dispensing the liquid caused by friction of liquid against surface of inner reservoir 2 are discharged to earth through envelope 18, outer housing 9, bottom bath 13, corner and central support legs 15, 16 and support frame 17.
