FIELD: packing equipment, particularly arrangements for carrying off or preventing the formation of electrostatic charges.

SUBSTANCE: container has support member made of metal or current-conductive synthetic material, replaceable single- or multilayer inner plastic reservoir having permanent outer antistatic layer and installed on the support member. The inner reservoir is made as rectangular parallelepiped or cube having four side walls, upper and lower bases, upper sealable filling pipe and discharge fittings. Container has outer case surrounding inner reservoir. Outer case consists of metal or tin grid rods. Discharge pipe made of current-conductive material is connected to permanent antistatic outer layer of inner reservoir to attach discharge fittings.

EFFECT: provision of reliable dead earth of inner reservoir.
