FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: container has base 12 in form of pan, replaceable inner reservoir 2 made of plastic and provided with four side walls, upper and lower bottoms, 3 and 4, respectively, filler neck 5 and drain branch pipe 7 with emptying device. Container has also outer housing 9 enclosing inner reservoir 2 and consisting of vertical and horizontal rods 10, 11 of screen. Support insert 18 consisting of electrically conductive material, mainly metal, is installed between inner reservoir 2 and outer housing 9. Electric charge formed at filling of container 1 with liquid and at taking out of liquid on surfaces of plastic inner reservoir 2 are discharged to earth through support insert 18, outer housing 9, bottom bath 13, corner and central legs 15, 16 and lower frame 17.
