FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes imidazodiazepines of the general formula (I) 
where values A, Q, R1, R2, R3, R4 are given in p. 1 of the invention claim. Compounds show the strong expressed anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant and sedative-hypnotic properties. They form good water-soluble acid-additive salts and therefore can be used for preparing aqueous solutions for injection of drugs based on compounds of the formula (I) effectively.
