METHOD FOR PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method is intended for arranging thermal-insulating coating on existing and newly erected buildings and structures. For realization of method, embedded into load-bearing part of structure are anchors and mounted on them are thermal-insulating panels. Reinforcement nets are installed. Then, facing layer of cement mortar is built over ends of anchors. Thermal-insulating panels are made in the form of thermal-insulating mats or thermal-insulating blocks. Reinforcement net is installed on anchors in two rows according to thickness of facing layer with displacement of net cells. Facing layer is applied to reinforcement net by means of wet guniting. After embedding anchors in load-bearing part of structure, load-bearing rods can be inserted into them. Rods are installed by longitudinal displacement along axis, thus giving them function of datum mark as used in plastering operations. Anchors can be embedded into load-bearing part of structure at angle of 0-45 deg. to horizon. Free end of anchor protruding from surface of load-bearing part of structure is installed horizontally. Before application of facing layer, waterproofing insulation or waterproofing coating is installed on surface of thermal-insulating panels turned towards facing layer. Air clearance is left between surface of thermal-insulating mats and facing layer. Before fitting reinforcement net over ends of load-bearing rods, attached is woven or non-woven material preliminarily impregnated with cement or gypsum slurry. Application of aforesaid method improves insulating properties and reduces materials inputs. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 24 cl, 7 dwg
