FIELD: feeding electric lamps, battery chargers, electrical equipment, etc. SUBSTANCE: power unit has series-resonance self-oscillating transducer. The latter has two interconnected transistors each being excited by control transformer, and, in addition, it has series-connected inductance coil and capacitor. Each transistor and respective series-connected capacitive voltage divider coupled with transistor and/or additional transistor are connected in parallel with inductance coil, capacitor, and control transformer. Load is supplied with power from capacitor. Magnetic flux applied from outside through magnet or appropriate means acts upon magnetic flux of device through control transformer so that oscillating frequency of transistors varies thereby varying output voltage of power unit.
