METHOD OF PUSH-PULL ASSOCIATIVE ROUTING Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2140132 C1

FIELD: data transmission. SUBSTANCE: method of push-pull associative routing is intended for transmission of information from one sender to one or more recipients and suggests routing and relaying of information blocks between systems of either information reception/transmission or data processing. Invention can be used for construction of either local, territorial or global networks of mobile or fixed communication or for distributed computation media. It can also be employed as basis in formation of public communication networks ( FP MT/MT ) or universal personal communication ( PT ). Technical result of invention consists in exclusion of computation operations when establishing connections. Establishment/clearing of transmission routing and connection/disconnection of transmission path are carried out for not more than two clocks with use of associative search, local conversion of correspondence bits of logical address and physical number of channel interface and transmission of acknowledgment of establishment of transmission path from output to input channel interface over feedback channel of matrix of commutation elements. EFFECT: exclusion of computation operations when establishing connections. 1 cl, 7 dwg
