FIELD: communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication systems, in particular to technologies for building self-organizing radio networks having controlled routers, as well as controlled routers for packet self-organizing radio networks, primarily using narrowband radio channels. The method is characterized by the fact that for the transmission of service and subscriber information, a single radio packet format is used, adapted to low-speed radio channels. A controlled router for implementing the above-described method of distributing information flows in a packet radio network is made in form of a main and backup non-blocking full-access matrix switches, to the inputs / outputs of which switching and routing modules, a control and management module, subscriber interface modules and radio channel interface modules are connected by high-speed serial interfaces.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the throughput and survivability of self-organizing packet radio networks.
