FIELD: transplantation surgery. SUBSTANCE: trimethazine-supplemented solution contains, g per 1 ml of distilled water: trimethazine 0.001- 0.0015, lithium hydroxybutyrate 0.8-1.0, potassium sulfate 8.0-9.0, potassium bicarbonate 0.6-1.0, magnesium sulfate 3.00-3.25, glucose 10.0-20.0, albumin 5.0-10.0, and heparin 0.005-0.01. Above-listed components are dissolved in distilled water under normal conditions. Energy supply in kidney is thereby increased owing to reduced ATP loss, inhibited B-oxidation, and initiated anaerobic glycolysis. EFFECT: increased donor kidney survival at maximum storage time in 80% of animals or increased storage time (by 6-8 hr) with no loss in quality. 1 tbl
