FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for obtaining a solution for the pre-transplant preparation of donor lungs. Composition for obtaining a solution for pre-transplant preparation of donor lungs, including the following components: dextran, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, anhydrous magnesium sulphate, disodium phosphate anhydrate, potassium monophosphate, glucose monohydrate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium chloride dihydrate with the following content of components, g: 40–50 of dextran, 7 of sodium chloride, 0.4 of potassium chloride, 0.098 of anhydrous magnesium sulphate, 0.046 of disodium phosphate anhydrate, 0.063 of potassium monophosphate, 2 of glucose monohydrate, 1.2 of sodium bicarbonate, 0.22 of calcium chloride dihydrate based on 1 litre of distilled water.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides expansion of the functionality of pre-transplant preparation of donor lungs through the use of a solution based on the proposed composition both during pharmaco-cold preservation of donor lungs and during the EVLP procedure, prevention of interstitial oedema during hypothermic storage by uniform distribution of the solution in the vascular bed of donor lungs, and also providing a physiological and safe environment for life support of donor lungs during the EVLP procedure; prevention of the occurrence of energy debt in organ tissues during hypothermic storage of donor lungs due to the optimal concentration of the energy substrate; increasing accessibility, reducing the cost of pre-transplant preparation of donor lungs.
