FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: suction device has vacuum pump, liquid collector and rarefaction regulator communicating with vacuum pump through flexible tubes. Rarefaction regulator is made as spring-loaded suction valve provided with device for spring tension variation. Rarefaction regulator communicates with vacuum line and atmosphere. Vacuum pump is essentially peristaltic pump with two pairs of spring-loaded rollers shifted through angle of 180 deg relative to each other and mounted for constricting the hoses. Subvalve space of rarefaction regulator and vacuum gauge are coupled to suction branch pipes of hoses through vacuum line. Their pressure branch pipes are provided with check valves and coupled to open liquid collector. EFFECT: long-time continuous liquid aspiration. 1 dwg
