FIELD: flour milling industry. SUBSTANCE: mill has frame with sides connected by longitudinal members, ramps and guiding walls, inspection cover with support in sides, and beam carrying bearing bodies with milling rolls. Sides are fabricated from steel sheet with thickness of at least 8 mm imparting increased rigidity to sides. Ramps are fabricated from steel sheet and applied to longitudinal members, which are manufactured from standard sections. Inspection cover is connected with frame so as to define labyrinth sealing member for hermetically sealing working space below grinding rolls and providing simple access in case of necessity for inspection and adjustment of roller mill. Beam is mounted on supports of handwheels for regulating roll spacing. Such construction allows axial forces between grinding rolls to be compensated and power circuit of forces acting between rolls power to be closed.
