FIELD: flour grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: roller includes barrel and semiaxles. Relation of inner and outer diameters of pressed-in semiaxle to outer diameter of barrel consists respectively 0.46-0.5 and 0.65-0.66. Pressed-in semiaxle is hollow along distance consisting 0.7-0.85 of pressing-in length size. Relation of inner diameter of semiaxle to inner diameter of barrel is equal to 1.09 -1.2. Roller with its members made according to given relations provides smooth enlarging of roller barrel along length of its hollow portion and in places of pressed-in semiaxles in temperature range of roller heating at operation process. Said relations also provide barrel camber not affecting upon uniformness of grinding products along barrel length. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
