FIELD: heating and grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing with fluidized bed, grinder positioned in lower zone of housing, basic material and gas feeders, and device for discharging heated and ground material from layer. Hot gas feeder has at least one pipe, whose one end is dipped into lower zone of fluidized bed. Apparatus has device for discharge of material by draining or gravitational flowing.
