FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: plaster wallboard production method implies dispersing of material in liquid phase for producing initial sludge. First portion of initial sludge is mixed with foam material for producing secondary foamed sludge. Applied to backing liner is first layer consisting of materials included in first portion or included in second portion of initial sludge or included in secondary sludge. Second layer is applied to backing liner. This includes components of first portion or second portion of initial sludge or of secondary sludge. Device for producing multilayer hardening cementing articles has at least one rotary component operating in first mixing zone and at least one rotary component operating in second mixing zone. First mixing zone communicates with second mixing zone. Second mixing zone has inlet opening to receive foam material and outlet opening to discharge secondary foamed sludge. Provided in first mixing zone is second discharge opening for outlet of initial sludge. Dry gypsum wallboard has internal core made of foamed gypsum plaster and external layers made of foamed gypsum plaster. Thickness of external layers of dry gypsum wallboard is at least 0.5 cm. Application of aforesaid method and device allows for reducing expansions in process for producing multilayer plaster wallboards. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 23 cl, 3 dwg
