FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains an epoxy anhydride mixture and alumina nanoparticles with dimensions of 5-20 nm with the following component ratio (wt %): epoxy anhydride mixture 70.0-99.5, alumina nanoparticles 0.5-30.0. The composition is pretreated with ultrasound at a frequency of 22 kHz for a time allowing a uniform distribution of the nanoparticles in the volume of the composition. The epoxy-anhydride mixture contains an epoxy diane resin ED-20, an anhydride hardener-iso-methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride (iso-MTHA), an EDOC plasticiser, an UP-606/2 accelerator at a ratio (parts by weight) of ED-20 epoxy resin: iso-methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride (iso-MTHA): plasticiser EDOS: accelerator UP-606/2 - 100:80:5:1.5 respectively.
EFFECT: increased tribological and mechanical properties, improving the quality of products from the composition and expanding the scope of the composite due to the homogeneity of the structure.
