FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer having 35-85 mole % of ethylene derivative units, 10-60 mole % of propylene derivative units, not more than 5 mole % of polyene derivative units. Characteristics of said copolymers are as follows: (A) propylene molar percentage in copolymer (%) and ratio of EPE (EPE+PPE+PPP) meet the following relationship 0.01% P+EPE/(EPE+PPE+PPP)=1 wherein EPE, PPE and PPP are alternately ethylene (propylene) ethylene, propylene (propylene) ethylene and propylene (propylene) in copolymer. Less than 2% of CH2 groups in chain are in -(CH2) alternations and n is add number. These copolymers are prepared in the presence of some metallocene catalysts having two fluororhenyl groups bonded together by means of bridge group.
