FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: amorphous ethylene copolymer with at least one olefin of formula I: CH2=CHR wherein R is C2-10 alkyl, said copolymer having content of ethylene derivative units of about 38-85 mole % and alpha-olefin derivative units of about 38-85 mole % and it has the following characteristics: (A) mole percentage in copolymer (%α) and ratio between molar content of olefin triads and molar percentage of alpha-olefin in copolymer αα/α meets relationship (%α)-250(αα.α)≥10: (B) less than 2% of CH2 groups in polymer chain are contained in (CH2)n alterations and n is even number. These copolymers are prepared in the presence of catalysts based on metallocene having two fluorohenyl groups, bonded together through bridge group. The resulting copolymer have very homogeneous distribution of comonomers in polymer chain. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 11 cl, 2 dwg, 6 ex, 3 tbl
