FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: ignition system has supply source, ignition coil, dwell angle transmitter, amplifying and control signal shaping unit, switching element, feedback unit, voltage converter installed after supply source and connected with reservoir element and forming oscillatory circuit for forward half-wave with ignition coil primary winding through switching element. It has also charging circuit forming a closed oscillatory circuit for reverse half-wave current together with ignition coil primary winding and storage reservoir element. Amplifying and control signal shaping unit consists of separate interconnected matching circuit and shaping circuit whose second input is connected with feedback unit. EFFECT: provision of reliable starting of engine, reduced dependence of reliability of engine operation from voltage leaks and condition of spark plug gap. 1 dwg ]
