SUBSTANCE: reflector is made in the form of semi-sphere with inner ((R1)) and outer ((R2)) electricity conducting surfaces and radio transparent medium (ΔR) in- between. Following conditions must be satisfied in this case: . Proposed navigation marker is made more stable to heavy waves and winds. Novelty in device incorporating, like its prototype, top figure and separate reflectors constituting annular grid is that top figure is made in the form of radio transparent hollow split structure capable of receiving passive radar reflector and that the latter is made in the form of semi- sphere with inner and outer conducting surfaces and radio transparent medium in-between.
