FIELD: methods of separation of agents from liquid mixture by fractionated crystallization with settling of crystal layer on one side of crystallizer wall which is cooled on other side followed by melting of crystal layer. SUBSTANCE: for crystallization, cooling medium is evaporated on above-mentioned other side of wall and pressure of gaseous phase of cooling medium is regulated in accordance with temperature required for crystallization. Apparatus used for realization of this method has at least one connecting device for supply and discharge of gaseous phase of medium and device for control of pressure in crystallizer.
