At least one outer rotor disk of rotors has wear disk with diameter corresponding to that of rotor disk. At least one shaft is provided with supporting-scraping device, whose functional parts are separated. Front surfaces of at least one cutting tooth of rotors are formed as steps and/or inclined portions.
