SUBSTANCE: described is composition for preparing foam plastic comprising resol-type phenol-formaldehyde resin and foaming and hardening agent which is sulfophenylurea-formaldehyde- orthophosphoric acid condensation product, composition further comprises tin chloride, ratios of components being as follow, wt parts: resol type phenol-formaldehyde resin, 100; foaming and hardening agent, 15-50; tin chloride, 0.01-4.0. EFFECT: lower toxicity and combustibility of foam plastic and improved physical and mechanical properties thereof. 2 tbl
