FIELD: equipment for wiring flat semiconductor instruments and elements on printed circuit boards and assembly substrates. SUBSTANCE: device has storage unit, which cut-plate is mounted for reciprocal rotation on storage unit, is connected to control rod, and is spring-loaded with respect to storage unit. In addition device has feeder with two slider-crank mechanisms, which are mounted in upper part of storage unit so that their slide blocks, which are designed as members of two cut-plates, partly overlap chamber of storage unit, breaking mechanism, counter weight, which is connected to feeder through two units by means of flexible member, for example, rope. Control rod has members, one of which is mounted simultaneous interaction with two crank shafts, and others for simultaneous interaction to breaking mechanism, which is mounted for interaction with counter weight in any of its positions. Crank shaft is designed as two-arm lever with cam at its free end. Breaking mechanism is designed as two brake shoes which are mounted on storage unit, are connected by means of springs and are equipped with carriage and cam. Feeder and counter weight are equipped with cylindrical rolls, which are mounted for interaction with common guides. Members of control rod are designed as pushers.
