FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: motor has inductance circuit 60 with many teeth 25 coupled with yoke 1 and separated by slots 2 which accommodate windings 26. Inductor 61 incorporating many permanent magnets 8 mounted on plate 9 is separated from inductance circuit by air gap 7. Motor dimensions are chosen so that teeth 25 of inductance circuit 60 have constant cross-sectional area throughout their entire length and that width of slots 2 level with heads 62 of mentioned teeth is practically equal to width of these heads so as to minimize stray effect of reluctance due to mentioned slots 2. Proposed motor may be of linear or rotary type. EFFECT: reduced reluctance, facilitated manufacture, reduced cost of motor. 11 cl, 17 dwg
