FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording synchronous rheoencephalogram of matched blood vessels of the Willis circle in the right and left brain hemisphere. Then visual mathematical processing of recorded data is carried out including pulsation amplitude, vessel tonicity, asymmetry coefficient for the matched blood vessels in the right and left brain hemisphere. The like results are compared to those received from healthy people. Asymmetry coefficient value being greater than 20%, occlusion of one of the matched cerebral blood vessels causing ischemia of a brain zone fed by the blood vessel is to be diagnosed. Taking this fact as basic one, hypertension disease is predicted. EFFECT: non-invasive diagnosis of predisposition to hypertension disease. 2 dwg
