SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly diagnostics and prevention of hypoxic brain condition and correction of initial manifestations of cerebrovascular insufficiency manifestations. A face is immersed in water of temperature below indoor air for three times with breath holding first of which is performed before the first desire to breath in, second and third - volitional to maximally tolerable. The immersion is preceded by the rest reference cerebral circulation testing for the rheographic values. A rheographic index (RI) is determined in immersion and recovery. A time of immersion whereat the recovery RI is increased minimum by 8%, while the rest values are within the norm is stated. This time is considered to be start for conducting the reference training cycle for developing an individual regimen enabling a preventive effect of the hypoxic brain condition; that is followed by daily training of the length of at least 14 days.
EFFECT: method extends the range of products for prevention of the hypoxic brain condition.
