After stage of postcalcination machining, applied to endoprosthesis surface, layer by layer, is porous coating in form of aqueous suspension, for instance, of aluminium oxide and powder of calcined material of ceramic endoprosthesis. Coating in burnt-in simultaneously with thermostabilization. Manufactured ceramic endoprosthesis of knee joint provides for improved conditions of joint of osseous tissue with material not impairing mechanical characteristics of article.
