FIELD: manipulation equipment. SUBSTANCE: device includes at least three rotary carriers and at least one axial lock, all almost uniformly distributed along periphery of circle of tool stem cross section and along cylindrical turning for mounting tool holder. Rotary carriers on tool stem are in the form of recesses axially terminating near end of tool stem and axial dents engaging with said recesses and arranged in circumference of said turning. Two mutually opposite rotary carriers have different thickness values. Rotary carrier are arranged between said two carriers in zone opposite relative to axial lock has recess and(or) dent. At least one lengthwise plane passes along chord of circle of tool stem cross section and(or) along chord of circumference of cylindrical turning for mounting tool holder.
