FIELD: emergency brake accelerators for railway vehicles. SUBSTANCE: emergency brake accelerator includes body, movable partition, spring-loaded emergency break-away valve, hollow rod with axial passage and interlocking member. Movable partition is used to divide accelerating and main chambers; it is supported by body of emergency break-away valve. Main chamber is brought in communication with brake main. Chambers are in constant communication through throttle orifice. Body of emergency break-away valve has piston and adjustable spring. Hollow rod is rigidly connected with piston. Emergency break-away valve separates main chamber from atmosphere. EFFECT: simplified construction. 2 cl, 1 dwg
