FIELD: polymers, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and control device and maintenance of the required concentration of nonreacted monomer in polymerization solution. In the polymerization method using an evaporation under high pressure to separate polymer from nonreacted monomer in the flow and product removing from the reactor the concentration of nonreacted monomer in the product reaction is determined by removal of an effective amount of the product reaction to be analyzed. An effective analyzed amount of product is evaporated under the low pressure and evaporated portion is assayed for determination of monomer concentration in the polymerization reactor. The device has two parallel with placed units for rapid evaporation. The first unit is used for separation by rapid evaporation and designated for reception of the main part of product removed from the reaction; the second unit is used for reception of less part of product removed from the reaction and separation of nonreacted monomer by evaporation under excessive pressure less 5.27 kg/cm3.
