FIELD: biology. SUBSTANCE: method involves application of low-power ionizing laser radiation in protein environment and subsequent fixation by colorant (Indian ink or azurite eosin). Effect of low-power laser radiation has been studied for power expositions of 0.05, 0.18, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 J/cm, application time of 60 sec, and magnetic field intensity of 60 mT. Mounts have been studied on slides and in developing quail embryos. Application of laser radiation causes increased color distinction of microbe cells. EFFECT: improved qualitative assessment of dynamics. 1 dwg, 2 ex
