FIELD: pipe line transport. SUBSTANCE: projecting ends of plastic envelope are secured against longitudinal shaft relative to pipe by means of bushes made from corrosion-resistant metal. Then shoulders are molded by melting the projecting ends of plastic envelope to level of outer diameter of metal pipe and thread is cut on outer surfaces of shoulders and on ends of metal pipe.
