FIELD: medicine, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method is based on treatment of pathological material and its sowing on the solid nutrient medium. Before sowing pathological material is treated with the preparation "Plivasept" at concentration 0.08% mixed with enzyme imozimase at the ratio 100:1, respectively. Sodium hydrocarbonate is added to a mixture to brought about pH value to 7.2-8.2. Treatment is carried out for 18-24 h at 29-31 C at equal volume ratios of the material and the mixture. Method ensures to decrease amount of nonconfirmed detection of tuberculosis mycobacterium in sowing by method LM, decrease amount of samples where a single tuberculosis mycobacterium found in smears only.
