FIELD: medicine, phthisiology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of detection of morphologically varied forms of tuberculosis mycobacteria and can be used in tuberculosis diagnosis. Invention involves treatment of pathological material with disinfecting agent "Leseptik" with concentration 0.1% taken in equal volume with pathological material for 18-24 h at the room temperature and its following investigation using luminescent microscopy. Invention provides the enhancement of effectiveness of detection of varied forms of tuberculosis mycobacteria in the absence of bacterial forms and early diagnosis of bacteria excretion in tuberculosis patients. EFFECT: improved method of detection and diagnosis. 4 tbl
