FIELD: retail sale of juice. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment for preparation of fresh juice from fruit and for portion-wise sale of it. Gear includes frame with pressing chamber having fruit loading ports and marc unloading ports and screw coupled to driving mechanism, juice collector and branch pipes to discharge juice. Gear is fitted with hopper divided into sections for vertical mounting of cylindrical containers with opened bottoms, cooling aggregate to create specified temperature conditions in sections of hopper. Gear also has additional pressing chambers, juice collectors, metering tanks with shut-off fixtures to prevent flow of juice into juice collectors and into discharge branch pipes, hopper to take marc, magazine to store and issue glasses. Pressing chambers and each screw are manufactured in the form of truncated cones and are positioned under hopper. Each pressing chamber has discharge trough and separable grids located in its bottom part. Upper part of front panel of frame, pressing chambers with troughs, juice collectors, discharge branch pipes and pipe-lines are removable. EFFECT: preparation of fresh juice in presence of consumer from presented assortment of fruit and subsequent metering of it. 10 cl, 9 dwg
