FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns construction, particularly residential arctic house. Effect is achieved by house construction with annular ring cross-section, where greenhouses with transparent double glass frames are positioned along internal and external perimetre. Pneumatic loading and unloading devices for heat insulating bulk material are placed between the frames. Loading device features tank, feeding auger, fan connected to cyclone by pneumatic pipeline, and pipeline with lengthwise orifice in lower base. Siphon bottom is rotating and features counterbalance contacting microswitch, which is in turn connected to electric motors of fan and feeding auger. Unloading device is equipped with fan connected to chute over pipes installed in chute at sharp angle, and the pipes can be filled with heat insulating bulk material in dark time of day and in extremely cold weather and emptied during warm sunny weather to provide for natural lighting.

EFFECT: enhanced comfort of residential conditions, supply of self-produced fresh vegetables, grocery, flowers, maintenance of symbiotic gas exchange between apartment and greenhouse, reduced heat loss, improved natural lighting of rooms.
