FIELD: inhalers. SUBSTANCE: inhaler of dry powder-like medicament has impeller positioned eccentrically in mixing chamber. Impeller is rotated by motor at high speed. Plunger feeds dose of medicinal powder into chamber so that all particles of powder are available for mixing, decomposing and grinding. Hole receives first flow of air and directs it to mouthpiece for user's inhalation. At least one hole is provided in wall designed to deflect part of main air flow to spraying chamber for mixing with particles and forming thin low- density dry aerosol of powder-like medicament for user's inhalation.
