SUBSTANCE: self-pricking cartridge comprises: a container assembly comprising: a container for storing a liquid medicinal agent; a partition wall configured to seal the first end of the container; piston sealing second end of container, wherein the piston is movable relative to the container so as to selectively push the volume of the liquid medicament from the container through the hollow needle; and an assembled needle configured to transition between a first configuration in which the hollow needle does not extend through the partition and a second configuration in which the hollow needle extends through the partition wall. Assembly needle comprises: a cap configured to receive a first end of the container and connect thereto; guide element having a seat, in which a cap is located with possibility of sliding; and hollow needle.
EFFECT: invention relates to self-penetrating cartridges with a liquid drug and an associated inhaler used to deliver one or more single doses of a liquid medicinal agent transferred into the aerosol state.
