FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has extremely high frequency oscillator emitting continuous frequency spectrum radiation, power supply source and microcircuit controlling operation mode of active oscillator unit power supply. The units are enclosed in tightly sealed capsule having envelope shaped as revolution body of oval shape manufactured from biologically neutral dielectric material transparent for extremely high frequency radiation. Microswitch unit has two contact members mounted on outer surface of the capsule in power supply circuit of the device closed when immersed in current-conducting medium. The extremely high frequency oscillator has semiconductor diode with negative conductivity belonging to a slot transmission line segment.
