FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has oscillator unit, aerial-matching unit and radiator unit. The oscillator unit is manufactured as blocking generator with transformer coupling. The oscillator unit is connected to capacity storage by means of aerial-matching unit, through positive polarity impulse detector. Discharge impulse repetition frequency regulator is mounted in its charging circuit. The capacity storage is connected to the radiator unit manufactured as bandwidth filter, through impulse switching tube and additional matching unit.
