FIELD: automatic systems and methods of removal of metal ions and contaminants from chemical baths. SUBSTANCE: automated system consists of microprocessor programmed for control of liquid circuits of pumps and valves in one operating conditions for circulation of the first preset quantity of chemical bath the first tank, through ion-exchange column and back to the first tank; in the second operating conditions for circulation of deionized water from the second tank into ion-exchange column for displacement from it of residual chemical bath for its return to the first tank; in the third operating conditions for circulation of deionized water through ion-exchange column and discharge of washing water from holes for sewage waters; in the fourth operating conditions for circulation of regenerating acid through ion-exchange column and discharge of used acid from holes for sewage water; in the fifth operating conditions for circulation of deionized water through ion-exchange column for washing of acid regenerating agent from it and removal of agent through holes for sewage; and in the sixth operating conditions for circulation of chemical bath ion-exchange column for displacement from it of residual washing water and its discharge through holes for sewage waters for preparation for cycle of treatment of chemical bath. EFFECT: system for deposition of coatings by autoprecipitation with the most efficient use of bath for autoprecipitation and reduction of formation of harmful wastes. 20 cl, 4 dwg
